Forest Creek Parent/Athlete Agreement Handbook
PAY ATHLETIC FEES
All students that make a team must pay a $150.00 athletic fee for each sport that they play. The $150.00 Athletic fee must be paid before the first official athletic contest.
THE ATHLETIC FEE IS NOW PAID THROUGH YOUR PAY FEES
The $150.00 athletic fee does not guarantee playing time.
Here is a digital copy of the athlete-parent agreement signature form from the parent meeting if you haven’t already signed and returned it.
