Athletic Forms and Arbiter Student Registration
- All players must have a current physical on file (dated April 1, 2026 to the present).
- Physicals must be uploaded to Arbiter Student Registration or the athlete won’t be allowed to workout/try out/play.
- Forms that need uploaded: Physical Form / History Form
ONCE A STUDENT IS ON A TEAM:
ALL student athletes must pay a $150.00 athletic fee for each sport they play. The athletic fee is used to pay for coach stipends, officials, and travel to league games.
The $150.00 athletic fee is due 7 days before the first official athletic contest. The $150.00 athletic fee does not guarantee playing time.
