Welcome to FHMS Dance Team! We will hold Dance Team tryouts in August 2026 for dance team. The Fall Football Dance Team will perform on the sidelines during home football games, present half-time routines on the field, and participate in school spirit events. Dance Team will practice after school, and home football games are held on Wednesday’s. 

Ready to Dance? Here are a few things you can do ahead of school starting to be prepared: 

Check the Flint Hill Middle School Athletic Website frequently for school updates

*All athletes must have a completed Sports Physical. This can be completed over the summer.
