Our three high school marching bands saw success at the SCBDA State Championship Finals on Saturday, October 26th.Â

CATAWBA RIDGE COBRAS MARCHING BAND
The Catawba Ridge Cobras Marching Band won the 2024 SCBDA 4A State Championship finals hosted at River Bluff HS.
The Cobras got an overall score of 95.3 for music, visual, and overall effect sweeping the day on Saturday being 2 points higher than any other band in the five finals competitions thus far.
Now the Cobras will head to the Band of America Grand National Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis Indiana November 14th to November 17th, 2024.

FORT MILL YELLOW JACKETS MARCHING BAND
The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets Marching Band placed second at the 2024 SCBDA 5A State Championship finals hosted at Boiling Springs HS.
The Yellow Jackets got an overall score of 91.950 for music, visual, and overall effect; 1 point behind champion Catawba Ridge.
